We are so excited about our new name. Egg Art International is already picking up steam on the web. Membership is way way up from all over the world. Our gallery is doing great and artists around the world are posting their eggs. Our International Egg Art News and Events is doing great as well! We are making progress on the Master Artisan Program which will allow artists more artistic freedom as well as ease of egg submission for judging.

Thank you members for all your support, encouragement and help to make this a great organization. We had many name suggestions which made it difficult to narrow down. J.O Howard submitted the name that received the most votes. Congratulations on creating the name that will move us forward towards our goals!

Our new Facebook page is here! It is called The International Egg Art Gallery. This is an amazing page with artists all over the world posting their beautiful pictures. We invite all egg artists to post their pictures. Check it out soon.

Check out the pages on Books and Instructional Videos. Many free instructional videos added today for all levels including beginners. A new book section was added featuring Lorrie Popow's and Linda Martin's many books. All books are directly linked to their respective purchase sites. We will continue to add new content to these pages.

Our team met yesterday to discuss all the great things our guild will be doing. This was followed by a public Zoom meeting whereby people could have their questions answered. We went over what happened to the old IEAG as requested by many people. This can be seen on the website page "What happened to the old IEAG". But enough of that! We talked about the new Master Artisan program which will make it easier for all artists around the world to participate as well as new categories. We discussed the new upcoming Facebook sites as well as possibly a new name. Lastly, we reiterated our goal to make this truly an international guild that includes egg artists of all types. A guild that values all our members input and doesn't take your hard-earned money. Above all a great resource for all things Egging! Have a great egging day! Leslie

Several pysanky groups have been added to the website. Pysanky artists please contact us to have your events added to the event calendar.

There were lots of updates and additions done today. The website now can be viewed in many different languages. This was important to make the site truly international. When a person in another country views the website, it will appear in their own language automatically. The website can also be viewed in other languages by going to the drop-down menu in the header.

Our Team is working very hard to make this a truly great group to benefit egg artists around the world. Since the closing down of the IEAG, it came to our attention the Master program had not been updated in over 10 years. We would like everyone to have input into how this can be structured. Your ideas will help us create an improved and more accessible program for all to benefit. Please use the contact form on this website to make your suggestions. The new program will be called the Master Artisan Program.

There has been such a tremendous outpouring of support in taking this guild into the future. We now have a big team of egg artists dedicated to helping to support and foster egg artists around the world. We will be working to build out the website, updating and improving the previous bylaws, updating and improving the Master program, reaching out to artists, guilds and clubs worldwide. We will also be launching a new Facebook site for all artists to display their work. The list goes on and on!
